Reply to "Unable to use Image Selector, please help!!!"

Still happening, today March 6th, 2010.

Every time I try to add pictures to a listing, it jumps to image UPLOAD instead of my image folders already ON Auctiva.

Also, I sent a support request on how to get my images downloaded to my computer again, and no response days later. What's the problem? Are free and $2.95 customers not allowed to have support at all? I already got denied the so called "free chat support" because I'm not on the "correct" plan.
