I am having the same problem. I have my auto relist set up to relist within 1 minute of auction end but it rarely works. I get all my emails saying my listings have ended and quite often don't get the relisted emails for hours or even the next day. They don't show up on my closed items for hours after they end either. This is very frustrating and throwing off my auction end and start schedule.
