Updating the scrolling gallery

I posted some items on ebay, auctiva read/imported the items and displays them in the scroll gallery. Later I updated the items on ebay (new photo's, categories) how do I get the gallery to update what it displays ? its still showing the old photo's and listing the old categories. I tried reset, its been about 4 hours since the changes.
