Reply to "Updating the scrolling gallery"

Hi Joe,

Thanks for posting your question here. Our system is currently not equipped to recognize when the header/gallery images have been changed in active listings and update the scrolling gallery images accordingly, but we can update those for you on request if you contact our customer support team.

I just went ahead and ran a command on your account that should update the scrolling gallery images for any of your items for which the header/gallery images have been changed and I expect that you will see the results within about 4 hours.

Unfortunately, we do not have a process available that will update change which Auctiva store categories your items show up in if you have changed the primary eBay listing categories they appear in since they were posted though.
