Hi, I hope I can help,the only way I know how is go to the Schedule tab,and then click on the listing(s) you do not want to post at the Scheduled time,and then click on cancel post,this should take care of it,has happened to me too, and this is how I did it. I hope I have directed you correctly,just make sure you have a copy like you said,just in case. Let me know if this corrected your issue,if not,put in a support ticket. Good-Luck!
