Hi I am a multiple user myself. I have a work Ebay account and a personal account. I sell high dollar stuff on my work account and smaller stuff on my personal. Are you signing out of Auctiva and signing in under the other account to list your items? I know it sounds like a really simple thing and you probably do this but it is all i can think of. If you cannot find a solution i would file a support request http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
You may not get a answer until Monday however.
