using new email custom templates

Hi

Now that eBay has removed the custom email from selling manager I was looking in Auctiva to see if i can achieve the same thing. I can create a new custom email but it doesn't come up as an option when i select email buyer.

Also can i create new automatic emails? ie i like to send the buyer a thank you email once they have paid. I used to be able to do this in selling manager.
