Using Profile Details and posting URL

I use a detail profile that I set up in Auctiva. But I've now opened an ebay store and I want to put the url for the ebay store in my listing detail profile. I can type it in just fine but when viewed on the listing, it's not clickable to link to the store. How can I type it so it links to my ebay store? Thanks
