Using Propay With Auctiva

Please excuse me, I'm not new to Auctiva, but new to the message board. I need help using Propay with Auctiva. I just signed up for Propay and now they're telling me that I can't use it with my Auctiva listings? Is that true? It was Propay claiming they didn't know how, mentioning the 3rd party check out. I've never used Auctiva's check out system, just use it to list, love it, but I need to incorporate it into my Auctiva listings. PLEASE HELP!
