I guess they can't tell time, either. Their maintenance was supposed to start at 11 PM Pacific time. The site went haywire a lot sooner than that. And when the images go down, so does the ability to tell anyone - the form to send a support request will not load - in ANY browser, so it isn't a browser issue (one of the fallback excuses).
