Reply to "Very slow and blank pages"

I really need help this stinks will not save keeps hanging will not preview, when I email for help keep getting that everything is working fine, I need to clean cookies, done, I need to empty temp files, done, still hangs after trying everything and YES my browser is up to date !! Anyone else have any help suggestions?
