Hello hkharris -

If you select your images and then add a template to your saved listings you should be able to preview the listings to see both the template and the images. Currently, we are not aware of any issues that would prevent your images from showing in the Preview, but if you are having difficulty with this, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know the specifics of what you're encountering as well as an example or two from within your account and we'll be happy to take a look into it.
