Ebay constantly blars at us about how it is not their responsibility to "police" the system that they set up and are making a fortune on, but they certainly police it vigorously enough when it is in THEIR best interests!(and then proceed to make noises about doing it for the good of the "marketplace" or the "community" - yeah right.)
