Weird problem with pop-up box for pics in listing

I'm not sure if it's my computer or what.

I'm trying to make a listing...when I go to pick the picture, I click on the box for the pop-up of my pics to come up. I click on the pic I want, I then click on the box in the listing again, like always...and instead of the picture showing up in the box, it brings the pop-up back up. That't what happens in Explorer.

So I tried Firefox...it'll drop the picture into the box in the listing, but then the page ''refreshes'' and the listing is gone with the pictures pop-up box being the only thing on the screen (taking up the entire screen).
I thought it had something to do with downloading a newer version of Firefox, but I've tried it in Explorer and it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions, anyone?

Should I file a support case? This has been going on for about 3 days now.
