I looked into the warnings you were receiving, and they probably have to do with the "International Site Visibility" option and international shipping you have in your listings.
When you have "International Site Visibility" enabled in your listings, eBay must notify you of potential issues that could arise when listing certain items.

This also applies to shipping internationally--some items may be considered "hazardous" and therefore cannot be shipped via the USPS to other countries (such as matchbooks.)

Because those API messages are from eBay, there isn't much that we can do on our end to prevent them from being sent to you.

Your listings aren't being prevented from being posted, and eBay is only trying to protect themselves by warning you about possible problems you could have when shipping to other countries. You don't really need to delete those messages as soon as you get them unless you want to.
