What happens if you cancel your account while your items are dissappeared?

Okay, well I recently signed up and put the scroll gallery in one of my items. Well, what they didn't say was that your items will dissappear for about 6 hours.

The problem is, I cancelled my account before the items showed up in the search bar.

Can this lead to permanent deletion of your item?
