What has Auctiva done to my ebay shop :(

I currently have at least 30 things for sale, after joining Auctiva all but a few recently ending items disapeared from my ebay shop.
No-one can now view my ebay shop items at all except myself in "items i am selling" folder.
please help it's cost me a days selling already

As soon as i saw what happened I canned auctiva account and it didn't fix it

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.
