Hello and welcome - while I'm still trying to get my "footing" on the whole "ebay experience" I can help on a couple of items - Auctiva has already updated their shipping for the new rates that go into effect on May 14. This was done a week or so ago.

The other thing I'm aware of is the check out - seems to me that there is a drop down menu that you can check or fill in that give you a choice of ebay sending the invoice or Auctiva. I notice that some of my buyers actually check ou thru Auctiva.

As far as setting up your account on ebay - I'm not sure but if you're already set up on ebay (weither you've sold or not) it should work.

Hopefully, that will help you get started and answer a few of your questions.
