Hi Community,

Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our end that would account for the behavior everyone but the original poster has described on this thread, so I suspect we'll be able to help all of you through a little troubleshooting.

I "think" the problem being described by the original poster with respect to the item specifics and "best offer" option may be due to a bug in our system that is expected to be resolved with our upcoming site update that will take place around 2/18/09. However, I would need to take a look at the listings that exhibit that problem to verify that.
