What is going on with the scrolling window?

I have over at least 12 auctions going on right now. (I have many many more store items) I just happen to check one of my auction format listings and the window is only showing 8 and one of them is a duplicate. I checked to see if I messed up somehow in listing a duplicate and no I haven't so where is this duplicate listing coming from? Why is there 2 of the same listing scrolling in the store window? Anyone else having this issue.

OH and by the way these 12 auction format listings were listed over 3 days ago. So why hasn't the scrolling window updated?

Auctiva Support - Did you lower the count of how many listings will be scrolling, again?
