Hello Dizzydell13,

I went through your listing and looked at all the HTML. It appears that there are several extra tags in your "Shipping and Payment" details section that are causing this template to display improperly. I would advise going through that code and removing all the extra tags. You can check me by previewing that listing on the Auctiva site, with the shipping and payment details section included the template appears broken, when this are is turned off, the template looks as it is suppose to look.

As to the "Shipping and Payment" being placed above the details, I am not seeing that in fact I see the opposite. Hope that this has been useful.
