Wow..this is interesting to me. I have the same pop up window...but when I press OK, it must be ok cuz Auctiva does its thing and I'm able to save the listings and post. I just did this a few days ago...again today. I am using a template I created about a month ago, but not any old listings. Have you sent a direct message to Auctiva support. They seem to email me back right away when I have issues? I'm sure you know all this...since you've been using Auctiva longer.
