What is wrong with Auctiva Not Working? Please Help!!!

This problem has been going on for the last week or so.. I can maybe get 1 listing done. Next, I come back to create another one and I get description all done and click to change template or upload picture or even preview listing and all that happens is a blank box. Why is this happening all of a sudden and not getting fixed.. Thank you, Kim
