Where is the answer to my support ticket? Why can't I right click and save my photos from my ebay auctions when I have disabled the protection?

Why can't I access the EDIT feature in my saved listings - why does the system hang up so bad?

Why do you want me to pay for a service that has so much technical trouble it costs me more time and money?

Why??????
