In Canada we get $100 Cad worth of insurance included on all small parcel items under 1 kg for free. Anything over 1kg and $100 Cad costs $1.30 CAD.

Of couse inherently breakable items are not insurable. Proof of purchase of the item and proof of shipping is reqired.
