What's up with try to make listings?

Joined auctiva yesterday and tried to list- needless to say that was out of the question.

Been on for hours tonight and it takes forever to download a photo and see a preview.

Then when I go to save or to schedule, I've waited over 30 minutes sometimes and then lose all the work I put in and have to start over.
My computer and my connection are very fast, what is the problem? Is this how things go normally.

Just a little frustrated as my first two days of auctiva have been a nightmare.
