After yesterday and the weekend difficulties, I haven't encountered any other issues. Fingers crossed there are no further outages.

ramcent, sounds like you are encountering some other type of issue. I use Firefox and can type in the description editor just fine. I'd suggest using Firefox or contacting support for assistance. Good luck!
