Hi kbalona,

This sounds like a message that would be returned if you tried to load a profile indicating a store listing with a duration of 60, 90, or 120 days, which are no longer allowed by eBay. However, I just checked your account and your master profile does not exhibit that problem

Can you please file a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page? As part of your support request, please include the steps taken to generate this error message.
