We have traffic graphs. We do our updates at the very slowest traffic time. As most of our customers are in the US this means 11pm our time is usually slowest. The problem being that is 7am in the UK. We're doing it at time times that impact the fewest customers. We are working to reduce the weekly maintenance window to be shorter which will be completed this year and should make our weekly maintenance less noticable for all users.quote:downtimes always seem to be at a time when buisness is starting up in the u.k.
