What to do when I get an API error when posting on Ebay motors

When trying to list a vehicle on Ebay motors I get a API error saying that I did not put in the year, model, color, etc... I did in my description , but not in a prefilled one or drop down arrow. I cannot find how to correct this error or any place to fill in the year and model on my edit page for the auction. Please help! Thanks.
