Reply to "WHAT TO DO WHEN"

There are times when you just have to count to 10 and move on. This is one.

You could issue the buyer a negative or a neutral saying they are careless with their computers, or you could ask the person to pay your fees out of courtesy, say for $1.

And, as is to be expected, eBay is no help. But then seriously, what could they do for you anyway? Reimburse 20 cents? I understand the frustration, but to get spitting blood mad over 20 cents is silly.
