Email your customer and state to her the facts of selling on ebay. Alot of buyers have no idea that we the sellers are charged when we list and when the item sells and along with accepting Paypal.

Explain in clear cut terms when you placed that auction up on eBay, you paid a fee. And then the minute she (whether it was she or her daughter, it's her ID) won your auction, you incurred additional fee's.

Also state that since she won the article she kept another buyer from purchasing your item AND now you have to put the item back up on eBay which is another fee and wait for the ending to receive your deserved money.

I would also note and kindly that in order to recoup your fee's you are going to have to file with eBay that she is a non-paying bidder. Then eBay will refund the fee's but it won't be for XXXX amount of days and you've eaten those fee's until that time.

That you would be more than "pleased" to accept the payment of your fee's from her or her daughter and move along relisting the auction.

Quote her the price of the auction placement and your FVF fee's and if she agrees, pays and more, then move along and relist.

Then walk away..if she accepts then you've at least got your fee's back. If she doesn't respond within a certain allotted amount of time, file a non paying bidder.

She bid on it..I guarandamntee you she bid on it..she's just hoping now that she has buyers remorse that she doesn't have to pay for it.

But don't you dare forget to file the NPB against her if you don't see any funds.

Professionalism and a sincere attitude in your email to her might just work to recoup your fees.

best of luck,
Donna

amen to that, mrs. Donna.
