Hi,
I have been in your shoes Oneheart, I have a feedback rating of 2275. You have been given some great advice. Two more ideas. First, mention to the buyer that if they co-operate with you and pay their fair share of the fees, you will give them positive feedback.
Second, if they do not co-operate, when it comes to giving this nonpayer a negative, wait!
You have 90 days from the end of the auction. Do it on the 89th day. That way the nonpayer will probably not catch their new neg for a few days and when they do...too late for them to reciprocate. Neg them now and you will get a neg in return.
