I know the old 90 days used to work. eBay has implemented some sort of program that skews the days.

Example: I had a neg I wanted to leave on th3 30th of this month. It went off my outstanding feedback on the 23rd. Why? Insane. I still have other feedback waiting to be left from before that one particular non paying eBay auction.

I miss the days where I could sign into one of the other eBay countries with my ID and leave 120 characters with a negative feedback. Loved it!

Ahhhhhhhhh, the old days of eBay...they've been gone for a long time.
