Anytime someone tries to do the buyer's remorse thing on me, the first email I send to them politely says, "I'm sorry for your error, but please be aware that bidding on an eBay auction is a legally binding transaction that you are required to complete".

Then I just wait to see what they say. They will usually complete the transaction or offer to pay all the fees. KL
