Reply to "What use is the"Form""

When making an eBay listing using Auctiva, (Not auctiva ecommerce) there are a whole pile of Icons in the "Item Description" Box, including Bold, Italics, Underline, Font Size and Colour etc. On the Top Row, 8th from the right is an icon that when you hover over describes itself as "Form". I can't find any information relating to its use.
