I was able to post a listing (with pictures) late last night (Sunday, about 11:30 PM EDT). That was the first time in almost two weeks Auctiva has worked! Outside of Rick, there has been little to no information from Auctiva on their problems at hand. I feel that Jeff has mandated the worst possible tech support as company policy, and absolutely no communications with requesters of tech support or with Auctiva users.
Not a sermon, just a thought.
