I have had to stop over 100 auction listings now, that Auctiva has deleted my images on their own account. I am furious, as I am paying for storage, and no reason they should take it upon theme selves to PERMANENTLY delete my images, in running auctions. I have customers emailing, for photos, I am going nuts ! Since they started charging for their service, the quality has gone down. NO one even answers the phone now, and the on line chat is gone ! This is costing me time and money, and I about about to look back into Ink Frog, who wanted happy customers. Lois
