It really doesn't get much worse than this.
Auctiva obviously didn't think through issue and now it is costing us major time and money.
I would really like to receive an honest response from them...
The continual BS only makes matters worse.
MIKE... Tell us what the Hell has happened... Have you deleted all of our photos that we created before June 2009??? If so, at least we will know where we stand and what we need to do to correct the problem.
