I signed up tonight with you to see what you were offering. I did not realize at the time that you would be immediatly changing my existing listings. That would have been fine, if it had just added the Auctiva scrolling store and if it had worked correctly. But I have over100 current listings in my ebay store which no longer show the pictures when a buyer clicks on the listing. It says the picture is loading, but it doesn't. And there are only 2 pictures showing up on the scrolling Auctiva store. So now what do I do? Do I have to go in and re-edit all my listings to get the pictures back on them? When I go to my Ebay store I can see all the thumbnail Gallery pictures, just not when I click on the listings When you click on the place holder for the picture, instead of enlarging the non-existent picture, it just moves you down to the cross promotions. Do I need to edit them in Auctiva or in Ebay. They were created in Turbo Lister. If I get past this problem, I think I might like your services, but this is definitely something you should tell people before they sign up. You should give sellers the option of starting out your service with new listings or having existing listings edited like this. Most of my listings are store items which I will probably have to re-do. Sure hope you can help.
