Hello, That is correct..Auctiva does not offer at this time a RELIST option, that will give you the ebay credit if it sells, you will have to relist though ebay for your credit. Auctiva staff is well aware of the fact, that we are asking for the relist feature that will offer the ebay credit. Sorry, we know it's a pain, but they are working on it.
