Where do I put "no returns"?

Hi, I did look to see what I could find on this topic but didn't see anything on the boards.
Return policy - I'm guessing that when ebay checks to see if we've listed a return policy that they will look in the return policy details box. But it seems that in order to type any info in that box when using auctiva, I would have to check off that I accept returns otherwise the policy box is blacked out. If a person does not accept returns where do they put that so that ebay recognizes that there is a return policy listed?
