Linda, I know that Paypal seems to dictate what we do a lot of the time but I'm thinking that if a person has a clear and reasonable policy...for example "a return must be made within 2 weeks" and then the buyer wants to return something after a month..then maybe just maybe PP will stand up for the seller. A girl can hope anyway. lol
