Where is my listing?

OK, I know about the delay in a listing appearing in eBay's searches etc, caused by the indexing etc. But this is different. I created a listing in Auctiva, and from my Saved Listings view, I posted it. I got a confirmation message saying it was listed, and if I look at it in my Saved Listings view now, it says it is listed. But, it does not appear in my eBay Selling Manager view (they always do, even when indexing is not complete), and it does not show in my Auctiva Active Listings view. So, did the listing not work? I don't want to do it again, in case I end up with a duplicate.
