Hi guys, I'm in Australia. I've cleared cache, didn't make a difference

I have put in a support request with Auctiva - will see if they can help me. I just have to be able to put in the condition of my items somewhere!! Guys, again thanks so much for all the time you have spent on this with me. Will let you know the final result!!
