Why am I suddenly getting this API warning?

Hi there,

I've been using Auctiva for quite some time with relatively few problems. For the last week or so, I have been seeing this notice on my scheduled listings:

API Warning

Shipping discount profile provided is not active, please specify a valid shipping discount profile.

The listing will go on to post and I don't see any problems with the listing. But it makes me wonder what's going on. I have not made any changes to my ebay settings that would affect this.
