Why can't we add Notes or Custom Label when creating listing in Auctiva?

I don't understand why we can't include Notes and Custom Labels to a listing created in Auctiva? I now have to create and post in Auctiva then edit the same listing with Turbo Lister to get this done. Seems counterproductive.
