why cant I list in a certain catagory

Hello all I have found That I cant list in a catagory on ebay through auctive its not listed in the catagory coloum I usally list in polymer oaak and then my next listing I list in baby baby there is no way through auctiva to list in baby baby any one know why or how to get it to let me list there
