Why do I get this error when relisting???

This item cannot be accessed because the listing has been deleted, is a Half.com listing, or you are not the seller.

Why would the listing be deleted when it is sitting in my unsolds. And yes I am the seller and No it is NOT a half.com listing?

Is there a time limit on when we can relist unsold closed listings?
