why do I have to keep restarting

Seems like I can list on item, then I have to close the screen complety and start over, What gives. Can this be fixed. It has been happening for a long time. When I make a 2nd listin in a row, It just says done, Will NOT change pages to post. So I have to resign in and start over every time!
